Larkin uses top quality machinery to allow for a fully timberweld jointed ‘timber alternative’- meaning the sash sits beautifully within the frame, providing a sleek, smooth exterior with a choice of beautiful finishes.

Making it even more unique from its counterparts, the flush sash is glazed like a standard casement window – no bonding required. Resulting in less disruption during installation.

A+ rated windows

Larkin flush sash windows, like the rest of the Larkin EnergyPlus window range, are A+ rated. They offer a lower cost window with higher thermal benefits than timber – in addition to being fully secure.

Available in sculptured profile with the flush finish on external faces, 28mm double or triple glazing, internally beaded, with a wide choice of opening configurations, colours, finishes, hardware and glazing.

Keep heat inside

With a unique symmetrical multi-chambered PVCu profile, Larkin flush sash windows can easily achieve an A+ rating – helping conserve heat within the property.

Less frame, more glass

Larkin flush sash windows offer slim sightlines to let in maximum light, with the sash fitting flush within the frame to give the appearance of traditional timber windows.
